Potrivit pushsquare.com, după anunțul din această săptămână privind porturile pentru Xbox Series X|S și Nintendo Switch 2 ale jocului Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, care vor fi disponibile în iunie, Square Enix a anunțat o reducere permanentă a prețului versiunii pentru PS5, pentru a se alinia noilor ediții. Începând cu 9 februarie 2026, toate versiunile jocului vor beneficia de o reducere de 20 de dolari.

Actualizarea de preț va reduce cu 20 de dolari toate versiunile titlului, inclusiv cele care includ Final Fantasy VII Remake împreună cu Rebirth. Reducerile de preț vor deveni active luni, 9 februarie. Xbox Series X|S și Nintendo Switch 2 vor lansa Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth pe 3 iunie 2026, complet cu un set de noi caracteristici Boost, moduri și opțiuni care vor face jocul mai ușor.

La fel cum s-a întâmplat cu Final Fantasy VII Remake când a fost portat pe cele două console luna trecută, aceste opțiuni ar trebui să fie disponibile pe PS5 în aceeași zi. Caracteristicile Boost revin pentru porturile pe Xbox și Switch 2.
